Interim Principal

Troy Fox

Troy Fox is the proud Interim Principal of Explorer Middle School. Mr. Fox has been at Explorer since 2016. 

Before being named the Interim Principal, Mr. Fox was the Assistant Principal at Explorer Middle School and was the Dean of Students at Pinnacle High School. Additionally, he taught high school English at Pinnacle, in two other valley districts, and Wake County Public Schools in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Previous to his work in education, Mr. Fox was a police officer and detective for the Grand Rapids Police Department in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
