Explorer Middle School's vision is to create an exceptional learning community that is centered around adolescents. Students are the top priority, and the school is passionate about setting high academic standards for them to achieve.
The curriculum, instruction, and assessment are designed to provide innovative and challenging experiences that align with state standards. The teachers are committed to offering students support and ample time to meet rigorous standards. Students are frequently provided with various aspects of education, including the visual and performing arts, physical fitness, foreign languages, and technology.
The mission of the Curriculum Department is to increase student achievement through the provision of systemic innovative curricula characterized by standards and research-based educational programs that deliver effective and differentiated instruction in partnership with schools, families, and the diverse PVSchools community.
